Ralph Wilson Stadium Information
Ralph Wilson Stadium Policies Until further notice, anyone attending a Bills game at Ralph Wilson Stadium will be subject to a security inspection, administered by a screener prior to gate entry.
To limit the potential wait time you could experience with gate entry, we have a few suggestions: - Arrive at the stadium gates as early as possible (gates open 1 ½ hours prior to kickoff). - Limit the number of items you bring with you to minimize search time. - Please follow all signage and direction from security personnel. - If you give tickets to someone who may not be familiar with stadium security policies, please alert your guests to these measures.
Permitted Items - Additional clothing and blankets (if carried loosely) - Binoculars - Cameras with lenses of six (6) inches or less - Clear plastic bags (smaller than 12"-x12"x12") - Diaper bags (smaller than 12"x12"x12") - containing baby food, formula, or juice bottles; must be accompanied by a child - Fanny packs (smaller than 12"x12"x12") - Food - unopened, single serve containers carried in clear plastic bags - Purses (smaller than 12"x12"x12") - Seat cushion 15"x15" or smaller - Small pocket-sized electronic devices such as radios or hand-held TV's (fans will be asked to turn them on for inspection)
Prohibited Items - Aerosol Cans - Alcoholic Beverages - Animals (with the exception of guide dogs for the disabled) - Backpacks - Bags larger than 12"x12"x12" - Balls (beach balls, footballs, etc.) - Bottles - Cameras with lenses longer than six (6) inches - Cans - Chairs or seat cushions with arms or backs (other than those approved for persons with accessibility needs requirements) larger than 15"x15" - Clothing with profane or abusive language, obscene graphics, or material considered to be indecent by Stadium Management - Coolers - Duffel Bags - Fireworks - Headwear or clothing that may impede the view of fans - Ice Chests - Illegal Drugs & Substances - Inflatable Devices (balloons, etc.) - Laptop computers - Large, professional style camera bags - Laser Pointer Pens - Monopods and Tripods - Noisemakers - Promotional materials advertising organizations or companies not affiliated with the Buffalo Bills - Radios or Hand-held TV's larger than pocket-sized - Strollers - Sticks or poles - Thermoses - Umbrellas - Video Cameras - Weapons

Bus Parking The cost for bus parking is: $40. The Bus Parking (Highlander) Lot is located on the west side of Abbott Road, across from the Stadium, closest to Gate 5 & Gate 6. Please see "Parking Map". Buses enter on Community Drive. Following a game, please board your bus quickly to expedite bus traffic flow. Some delays can be expected entering and leaving the lot due to traffic.
Bus Service The NFTA offers an alternative to driving through traffic at an affordable price. The service is provided to ensure safe travel for all fans involved in the game day experience, which may include the consumption of alcohol. For more information, call the NFTA at (716) 855-7211 Monday - Friday between 9AM and 5PM.
Camper Lot (subject to change for non-football events) - The cost for camper parking is: Early entry (Fri./Sat.): $30.00 Game day entry: $25.00
- Vehicles may enter the camper lot from Bills Drive, from at 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM two days before the event, then again beginning at 8:00 AM one day before the event. - When arriving early, please register your vehicle at the guard house (name, address, phone number, vehicle make & model). - No additional vehicles are allowed in the Camper Lot. Additional cars can be parked in the overflow camper lot, located in Lot 6, for $15 per vehicle. - All vehicles must be out of the camper lot by 2:00 PM the day after the event. - Representatives from Allpro Parking will assist in the parking of vehicles in order to maximize availability in the lot. - Vehicles must have proper spacing between them, both side to side and nose to tail. - The fire lanes must be kept clear of all vehicles. The fire lane is clearly marked with yellow diagonal lines. - Porta-johns are located in the Camper Lot for your convenience. Please do not relocate them. - The Town of Orchard Park does not allow open burning. - There are no power supplies available for personal use. Power feeds to the parking lot lights should not be tampered with. - No golf carts, skateboards or bikes are allowed in the Camper Lot. - All pets must be leashed. - Please adhere to the Town of Orchard Park noise ordinance.
Comfort Station The Bills bathhouse facility is located in Lot 6. The facility has showers, restrooms, and changing areas for all guests the weekend of each home game. Hours: Saturday 12 noon - 10 PM, Sunday 7 AM - 10 PM *Note: Hours are subject to change. Please call (716) 648-1800 for confirmation.
